Shipping policy
We ship around the UK, but get in touch by emailing hello@thisbebrilliant.com if you would like to discuss shipping outside of the UK. This Be Brilliant reserves the right to refuse shipments to any specific countries.
We will contact you directly via email after your purchase to arrange delivery of your artwork. We aim to be in touch within one week of your purchase. To ensure you don't miss our message, please also check your junk or spam folder in case our email lands there.
This Be Brilliant cannot guarantee how long a delivery will take to arrive and is not responsible for any delays once the order has been given to the delivery carrier.
Customs, taxes, duties and collection fees may still apply and are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by This Be Brilliant.
Undeliverable, refused packages, invalid shipping/delivery addresses
We are not responsible for orders that have been lost, mis-delivered or stolen in the event that an invalid shipping/delivery address has been provided. This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@thisbebrilliant.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
