Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Cancelling your order

  • To cancel your order before we ship it to you, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing hello@thisbebrilliant.com
  • This Be Brilliant reserves the right to cancel and refund an order without providing a reason

Returning an order/requesting a refund

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@thisbebrilliant.com. 

We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return has been handed over to the delivery carrier This Be Brilliant cannot guarantee how long your return will take to arrive and is not responsible for lost returns - please keep any receipts and confirmations from the delivery carrier in case such a scenario may occur.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@thisbebrilliant.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s) to check if it's in the same condition you received it, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
